found 35mm roll from disposable camera

"My cousin Julia found this roll of film the weekend we went to scatter Nana Wales' ashes. It had worked its way out of the disposable camera which was lying a few feet away. I took it home and developed it, not really quite knowing what to expect. I think it belonged to a boy. My guess is that it was there at least a year or two, the people don't look quite like they are people of today and I didn't recognise the film. The colours are a little faded but I can't tell if that is just the unsophisticated plastic camera or exposure to the elements on top of a mountain. Still it's nice to know I gave it a home, and I hope he enjoyed his trip."
